Haltech has released the plug and play E11v2 EMS for the Mitsubishi Evolution IX with MIVEC Control. Coming from their years experience in the racing industry and started in 1986, Haltech has been one of the leaders in automotive aftermarket fuel, ignition, and complete engine control. Haltech is known for developing the first real time programmable engine management system.

The E11v2 PnP EMS includes the following:

* E11 High Performance Fuel and Ignition ECU
* Patch loom for a direct, quick install
* CD incudling software and manual
* Base Evo IX tuning MAP
* Factory TPS
* Uses Mitsubishi Cam Trigger
* Variable Cam Timing Control (MIVEC)
